Brad Elliott is an entrepreneurial, senior leader with over 15 years’ experience managing in high growth, dynamic organizations.  His positions have been with Fortune 500 companies in project management, real estate acquisitions, and customer service as well as CEO for privately held, mid-market companies.

 

The bulk of Brad’s career has been in the real estate and construction industry.  He founded, owned and operated several businesses in the real estate development and homebuilding field trading under Elliott Holding, Co.  These included a real estate sales company, real estate acquisitions company, construction management firm, title company, and numerous land development entities. Over a 14 year span his companies operated in 5 states and developed, marketed, sold and delivered over 750 homes in 28 communities winning a variety of product and industry awards. 

Brad Elliott currently leads a dynamic team of business intermediary professionals at Delval Advisory Partners, Inc. the acting franchise owner of VR Business Sales – Mergers & Acquisitions in Bensalem, PA.  They specialize in working with owners of privately held business, helping them value, market, sell or recapitalize and expand their companies. 

 

Brad is committed to supporting his chosen industry.  He served on the board and as an officer of the Pennsylvania Builders Association from 1998-2007 including President in 2006.  He has made numerous radio and television appearances as an expert in land development and housing and has testified before the PA Senate Urban Affairs and Housing Committee concerning the need for affordable housing.

Brad received his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and wrote his thesis on Location Analysis in the Service Industry.  He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, Magna cum Laude.

 

Brad lives for powder skiing and sailing in strong breezes.  He leads a healthy, active lifestyle and looks forward to working out daily.  Brad is happily married. He and his wife are raising three fine young men.
